Once this discovery has been made I further explore techniques to ground someone in this knowing, allowing it to be an alive understanding rather then a mental concept.
The work with each individual is totally unique as one exercise given to one person, may not pertain to another. Exercises are being incorporated into everyday life situations. I offer month long apprenticeships to support the understanding, integration and resting while at work, at home and with family.

With a spiritual journey spanning over three decades, Bénédicte Verley, also known as Deva Anugraha or Anu, seamlessly integrates insight gained from her 30-year successful photography business with her profound spiritual discovery. Her transformative encounter with Osho in 1987 led to annual pilgrimages to his ashram in Pune, India, where she participated in immersive retreats and intense self exploration.
In 1999, Anu encountered the ultimate dissolution, a transformative ‘death’ that unveiled the radiant essence of existence. Love and gratitude permeated every facet of reality. This spiritual awakening changed her life as she knew it, unveiling the ineffable beauty of being, ushering in boundless joy beyond reason or understanding. Satsang emerged organically, with the wisdom of source flowing through her.
She has graciously shared this gift worldwide, leading silent retreats and workshops across India, Europe, and the United States. Anu’s practice is anchored in ordinary life, integrating profound understanding and awareness… chopping wood, carrying water.
