It hardly seems possible, but somehow you’ve officially made it to 50, my love. Happy Birthday!! 🎂🥳🎈 You are equal parts wise man, mountain goat, stubborn Taurus, and self-appointed expert on absolutely everything. Truly, I’ve never met anyone so confidently certain about topics nobody even knew required an opinion. And yet… annoyingly often, you turn out to be right. You love deeply, protect fiercely, and show up for the people you care about again and again. Anyone lucky enough to call you a friend knows they have someone loyal, thoughtful, generous, and wonderfully impossible in their corner. I love you so much ❤️ Real love isn’t about perfection. It’s about choosing each other over and over again — especially after discovering there is no prince, no princess, and thankfully no fairytale script to live up to. Just two sincere, beautifully imperfect souls trying to build a rich, meaningful, messy, honest life together. And somehow, through all of it, you remain my beautiful Baba — my mountain of clarity, my favorite know-it-all, my safe place, and my closest confidant. I never stop being amazed by you.
